MUMS + BUBS PACKAGE

Our Mums and Bubs class is designed to mums regain confidence and strength inside and out! We understand it can be hard to juggle mum life with your health and fitness! That's why we've designed these classes to help mums like you break the barrier!

What to Expect:

Postnatal Fitness: A gentle yet effective workout focusing on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and supporting recovery.

Baby-Friendly Atmosphere: Bring your little one along! Babies can stay nearby or join in some interactive movements.

Tailored to Your Needs: Exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels and tailored to suit the postnatal phase.

Community Support: A welcoming environment where you can meet other mums, share experiences, and find encouragement.

Nutrition Coaching:
This package comes with nutrition coaching to help you achieve your goals! Build a meal plan together or just get the guidance you've been looking for!

App Access: Track all your progress, habits, nutrition and more all in one place with the Fisher Fitness App! Weekly check ins with your coach, access to book classes, see your training programme of what to expect in class, and so much more!

Class Schedule: Monday to Thursday 10AM

Location: 75B Colombo Street, Frankton, Hamilton (Parking down driveway or on road)

Our facilities include baby friendly toys, changing table, microwave, toilet, play mat, bouncer, baby swing and play pen with balls to keep you and baby well catered for throughout your sessions!

 

This is your time to prioritize self-care while enjoying quality moments with your baby. No prior fitness experience is necessary, just come as you are!
 

Frequently Asked Questions;

Do I need to bring anything? 
A water bottle, just you and baby and whatever you feel you may need for baby during your visit with us! Our facilities include; changing table, wipes, nappy bags, microwave, play pen ball pit, baby safe wooden toys and soft toys, bouncer, baby swing, and play mat. 

Is there an age limit for baby to come? 
We find every mum is different, so this is entirely up to when you feel ready and comfortable to begin exercise and bring baby with you out and about! We recommend ensuring you are cleared by your doctor post partum to begin exercising safely again. This is typically around 6-8 weeks postpartum to begin light exercise. As for the other end of the scale we recommend up to 12 months of age.

What time are classes? 

10am Monday to Thursday 

What if I'm not ready to lift any weight yet?

We can adjust our programmes to cater to you and where you are at, safely building back strength to achieve whatever the goal!

 

Can I sign up to classes without the package?

Absolutely! You are welcome to come to classes on a casual basis. These are $15 for a casual class. Booking is essential so send us a message today to book!
