Through a blend of personalized fitness, well-being, and nutrition coaching, I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to reach your goals both physically and mentally. My approach integrates physical fitness with mental well-being to foster resilience and lasting habits that fit each person’s unique lifestyle.

At Aligned - Strength & Wellness Studio, I offer one-on-one personal training, group yoga and strength classes, and customized nutrition plans—all designed to make healthy living accessible and enjoyable. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, working on overall well-being, or seeking a tailored nutrition plan, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

For those outside Waikato, I also provide online coaching, so fitness can be accessible wherever you are. Together, we’ll build a balanced lifestyle that aligns with your goals— helping you become stronger, both inside and out.​
